At Peppermill Interiors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If an item isn't quite right for your home, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unassembled condition.
Contact Our Team
Email our customer service department with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture and confirms its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
